How to request an appointment online?
In just 3 steps and with a photo you can easily request your authorizations in your Client Area or in the Adeslas Salud y Bienestar app
Enter the Authorisations section of your Customer Area.
Or through the Adeslas Salud y Bienestar app under My dealings > Authorisations .
If you have still not registered for Adeslas’s digital services, you can do so on both sites.
Click on the Request an authorization button to start the process and complete the form, attaching the documentation.
You can take photos of the documents directly from your mobile or upload them from your computer.
Once the process is finished, the request is generated automatically and we will answer you within 48 working hours.
