These central values are included in the Code of Ethics of SegurCaixa Adeslas, and in that of its Group companies, Adeslas Dental, S.A.U.; Adeslas Salud, S.A.U., and AgenCaixa, S.A.U., constituting the Group’s identity and creating relationship links through them with all their stakeholders day by day.

Criminal Risk Prevention System

 

These values are reinforced and complemented with a firm commitment to respect for legality and the absolute rejection of any act constituting fraud, corruption, bribery or any other unlawful criminal act and, in this regard, the companies forming the SegurCaixa Adeslas Group assume the corresponding procedural principles and criminal risk prevention objectives in their respective crime prevention models.

Tax compliance policy

In the tax area, the SegurCaixa Adeslas Group expresses its commitment to comply with the applicable tax regulations and to prevent any illegal act in this area, through the approval and application of the Tax Compliance Policy within the framework of the Governance System. The compliance objectives, procedural principles and tax strategy shown in the document must be complied with by the SegurCaixa Adeslas Group companies in their respective Tax Governance Models.  

Within the framework of this compliance culture and its ongoing improvement, the Tax Compliance Management System certification was obtained as part of the UNE Standard 19602 on “Tax Compliance Management Systems”, granted by AENOR. This accredits the organisation's commitment to excellence and transparency in the tax area and aligns our system with the best market practices in tax risk prevention.
