If you have had close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19, you must contact the healthcare services of your Autonomous Community. If you have symptoms and have a medical prescription, you may directly request an appointment at the laboratories indicated to perform the test. For any other dealings, you must call the Customer Services department.
We remind you that your doctor can provide you with the prescriptions already authorised for the most frequent diagnostic tests, such as magnetic resonance and CT scan, ergometry, Holter, optical coherence tomography, fluorescein angiography, anatomical pathology, birth preparation, nuclear medicine and physiotherapy, allowing you to skip this step.
