How to change over to Adeslas if you are with ISFAS?

The ordinary changeover period is in the month of January, during which time you can freely change entity.

Go to the ISFAS website to request a change of entity. You will have to identify yourself using your Cl@ve code or electronic national ID card.

 

 Access the procedure

Download the form and select SegurCaixa Adeslas in the entity box.

Send or submit the form at one of the ISFAS offices along with your original affiliation document.
