How to change to Adeslas if you belong to MUGEJU?

If you are a civil servant of MUGEJU, the period of ordinary change is in January so during that month you can freely change entity.

Postal dispatch or face-to-face management

  1. Download the change of entity form.
  2. Select Adeslas in the entity box
  3. Send or hand in the form at a MUGEJU branch, accompanied by your original membership document.
