Request appointment

In only three steps you can easily request an appointment in your Customer Area. Request an appointment from the  Healthcare Provider List

Enter your Private Area (user name and password) and then the Healthcare Provider List . Filter your preference by: 

  • Healthcare centres or professionals 
  • Dental clinics  
  • Emergency centres

Complete the search fields. Hence, please indicate:  

  • The address at which you are searching for the doctor or centre  
  • Your policy type  
  • The medical specialism and, optionally, the name of the professional or centre.

A list of results will appear on the screen, ordered by proximity to the address indicated. You can adjust these results through the “search filters”: 

  • Distance and language
  • Request appointment online 
  • Selection of video-consultation

To request an appointment you must contact the centre (by telephone) or make an appointment online with those centres that have this option available.
