Authorisations

Some medical services require authorisation by Adeslas. Hence, if one of our medical professionals prescribes any medical test for you, you must send us the corresponding prescription so that we can manage your authorisation.

The tests that are subject to medical authorisation are as follows:

  • Clinical psychology

You can obtain your authorisations quickly and comfortably with a photo through your Customer Area. If you prefer, you can also obtain your authorisations from the Adeslas Salud y Bienestar App

Copayments

The amounts paid to access certain services, enabling you to balance your monthly insurance instalments.

The amount of the co-payment varies according to the different types of health services and/or medical specialisms.

With free co-payments each year: After each renewal, the first three co-payments that do not exceed €16 will be free. Furthermore, from the second year, you will have discounted co-payments: All of them will be reduced by 25%.

* A maximum annual limit per insured party under 55 years old is set at €260.

Qualifying periods

In this product, all the protection included can be accessed immediately, except the high technology diagnostic methods, which have a qualifying period of three months. See conditions.
