Log in to your Customer Area by going to Claim Opening or call from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 22:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 to 15:00 at the following numbers:

Deadlines for reporting a claim

In the event of an accident involving your vehicle, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can begin processing it. It is important to report the claim to the insurance company within a maximum period of 7 days if third parties were involved in the accident, or if it is a serious accident or a catastrophic risk.

Have the documents ready

We will ask you for the amicable statement and photographs of the accident and the damages.
