Free vehicle service at our network of partnership workshops.
In the event of the immobilisation of your vehicle due to a breakdown or accident in Spain, a crane will attend within a maximum period of 60 minutes.
We will send the loss adjuster to the workshop indicated within one working day of making the appointment with said workshop, within the repair shop's working.
Direct authorisation for claims that involve the replacement of windscreens or the repair of bodywork, of less than €300 at our partnership workshops, when the company agrees to pay.
Repair of the vehicle’s bodywork at one of our partnership workshops in less than three working days, following the validation of the damage by a loss adjuster remotely or in person.
We will compensate the claims covered by the policy in two working days from the correct reception of all the documentation required for the payment.
If these commitments are breached, with the exception of the “Review of the 20 safety points”, you can request the review and, where appropriate, compensation of €200. Revise the full details of the commitments below or in the conditions of your insurance policy.
