Once you have notified your car claim, you can manage your appointment with the workshop from your Car Customer Area quickly and easily.

This step is necessary to commence a loss adjustment procedure for your vehicle, in which a professional will assess the damage and, based on the type of claim and on the car insurance coverage, they will determine whether the car can be repaired.

The partnership workshops that you will find using the browser offer windscreen, bodywork and painting repair services. To arrange an appointment, you must have previously filed a claim covered by your policy.

The SegurCaixa Auto and MyBox Auto insurance policies have quality commitments that include one free check-up of the 20 safety points per year. This check-up includes a verification of items such as liquids, lighting, tyres, brakes and the car’s suspension system, among others.
