In the event of the immobilisation of your vehicle due to a breakdown or accident in Spain, a crane will attend within a maximum period of 60 minutes.
We will send the loss adjuster to the workshop indicated within one working day of making the appointment with said workshop, within the repair shop's working.
We will compensate the claims covered by the policy in two working days from the correct reception of all the documentation required for the payment.
If these commitments are breached, with the exception of the “Review of the 20 safety points”, you can request the review and, where appropriate, compensation of €200. Revise the full details of the commitments below or in the conditions of your insurance policy.
