Accidents are considered to encompass collisions, aggressions by other animals, fractures suffered by the normal activities of pets on running or jumping, falls, heat stroke, among others, which you can review in your insurance conditions.

We cover veterinary care at emergency centres due to accident, both at authorised centres with all expenses covered or at centres of your free choice with a refund of 80%.

If you attend an authorised veterinary centre outside of the usual timetable, you may have to make the payment at the centre and then request the refund of 100% of the expenses covered.

Veterinary care expenses as a result of any constitutional anomaly, congenital or hereditary pathology of your pet. 

Veterinary expenses or care from births and caesarean births not caused by an accident. 

Damage as a result of bad faith, abuse or a lack of attention by the owner.

Refund of up to €350 for the expenses related with the death of your pet, including euthanasia, incineration or burial in Spain.
