With your Home insurance policy, travel with peace of mind. You have a doctor 24 hours a day this summer and an electronic prescription if you require.

What do summer medical advisory services include?

  • Telephone medical advice service available for general health enquiries, medical advice and non-urgent advisory services.

  • Timetable: available 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday.

  • Duration: the service will be available from 1 July until 1 September (inclusive).

  • Free unlimited service during the validity term indicated.

  • Does not include a definitive diagnosis, prescription of treatments or issuance of official medical prescriptions.

  • Does not include medical emergencies. In this case the customers must contact the corresponding emergency services.

  • Emergency or medical urgency care.

  • Home medical care.

  • Replacement of an in-person consultation when necessary.

  • Complete diagnosis in all cases.

  • Physical examination or in-person diagnostic tests.

  • Appointment scheduling in medical centers.

  • Cost of prescribed medications.

  • Cost of complementary tests.

  • Monitoring of high-risk pathologies.

  • Care outside the limits of the contracted service.
