What do summer medical advisory services include?

Telephone medical advice service available for general health enquiries, medical advice and non-urgent advisory services.

Timetable: available 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday.

Duration: the service will be available from 1 July until 1 September (inclusive).

Free unlimited service during the validity term indicated.

Does not include a definitive diagnosis, prescription of treatments or issuance of official medical prescriptions.

Does not include medical emergencies. In this case the customers must contact the corresponding emergency services.

Replacement of an in-person consultation when necessary.
