Promotional Campaign — Gift with a Check-up

Promotion carried out by SegurCaixa Adeslas, S. A. de Seguros y Reaseguros for policyholders of a health insurance policy with coverage or a dental insurance policy, valid from 16-04-2026 to 31-05-2026.

Terms and Conditions

During the promotional period indicated (between 16 April and 31 May 2026), all Health or Dental policyholders who attend a check-up at any of the 186 Adeslas Dental Clinics may receive a dental kit as a gift, provided the following requirements are met:

• To receive the gift, the policyholder must request and attend an oral health check-up at no cost at an Adeslas Dental Clinic and present the voucher.
• The voucher must be downloaded by filling in personal details at www.info.adeslasdental.es/en/promo-kit-dental* in order to arrange the check-up appointment.*
• The gift consists of a dental hygiene kit comprising a toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste, provided upon completion of an oral health check-up.
• Each participant may receive one dental hygiene kit per check-up.

• The gift cannot be exchanged for cash.

  *This landing page, developed by Adeslas Dental S.A.U., is intended to collect the policyholder's details in order to arrange the oral health check-up appointment and reserve the gift by issuing a personalised voucher.
