In order to use this service, it is necessary to request it in person at an Adeslas office.

Go to the medical roster, select the additional services tab and filter by your location and Assisted Reproduction Unit Service.

Identify yourself by showing your health card

You must identify yourself as a party insured by Adeslas by showing your health card.
