  • Control of the procedure with birth control pills. 
  • Implantation and supervision of the IUD (including the cost of the device). 
  • Tubal ligature and vasectomy. 
  • Sterility or infertility diagnostic studies (serological, hormonal, karyotype, hysterosalpingograms in women and spermiograms in men). 

Important:

  • Abortions, embryo reductions, sterility and infertility treatments and surgery to revert tubal ligation and vasectomies are expressly excluded. 
  • Outpatient products (Go, Basic, etc.) do not include vasectomies, since it is a surgical procedure.
