We undertake to reach the place of the mishap in a maximum period of one hour from the assistance request, in any town and point on the ordinary road network in Spain.
Once you have requested a tow truck, you will receive an SMS in the mobile telephone indicated, with a link in which you will see a map of the journey in real time until the tow truck reaches the place at which your vehicle is located.
