You can use your veterinary assistance in different situations, based on your insurance type.
If your insurance policy includes the refund of veterinary expenses due to accident or illness, we cover veterinary assistance in the following cases:

When your pet has unexpected symptoms (vomiting, fever, apathy, etc.).

For check-ups or preventive treatments such as vaccines or annual appointments at authorised veterinary centres.

How to use your veterinary assistance coverage?

Identify the need
Observe the symptoms or situation of your pet. If you need advice in the event of an emergency, please call 91 000 87 07 24 hours a day.

Attend the veterinary centre of your choice
You can attend one of our authorised veterinary centres or the vet of your choice.
If you attend an authorised centre, you will not have to make any payment since your insurance policy includes all expenses covered by your policy. You must only identify yourself with your National ID No. and your pet’s chip number. You can find the list of authorised veterinary centres in your Customer Area.
If you attend the veterinary centre of your choice, you will have to make the corresponding payment, and after your pet’s appointment you can request the refund of 80% of the expenses covered.

Request an expense refund
You can easily request the refund of veterinary expenses via your Customer Area or by calling 900 50 50 40. We will ask you to send us the veterinary report and the invoice.
